​ពិធីនេះធ្វើឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្ដេចក្រឡាហោម ស ខេង នាយករដ្ឋមន្តីស្តីទី និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស​ និងមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ ដឹកនាំ នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សមាជិក ព្រឹទ្ធសភា រដ្ឋសភា មន្ត្រីរាជការ កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ប្រភទ អាជ្ញាធរថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត ស្ថានតំណាងប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា តំណាងអង្គការ សហប្រជាជាតិ អង្គការដៃគូជាតិអន្តរជាតិ អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល តំណាងគ្រប់និកាយសាសនា សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ សិស្ស និស្សិត បញ្ញាវ័ន្ត និងវិស័យឯកជន ប្រមាណជាង ៣៥០០អង្គ/នាក់។

​គួរជម្រាបថា​ ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានកំណត់យកថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ជាថ្ងៃប្រារព្ធទិវាជាតិប្រឆាំងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ដើម្បីជាយុទ្ធនាការរួមគ្នា បង្កើតនូវប្រព័ន្ធសុវត្ថិភាព សម្រាប់ការពារប្រជា ពលរដ្ឋឱ្យរួចផុតពីភាពរងគ្រោះដោយអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស ដែលជាធនធានដ៏មានសក្តានុពលក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ ក្នុងទស្សនវិស័យព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា មានសន្តិភាព សមភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ដោយការពារប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ យ៉ាងពេញ ទំហឹងពីរាល់ទម្រង់ នៃអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មលើមនុស្ស ក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

​នាឱកាសនោះ​ លោកជំទាវ​ ជូ ប៊ុនអេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួង មហាផ្ទៃ និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស (គ.ជ.ប.ជ) បានថ្លែងថា រយៈពេលជាង ៣ខែ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែសីហា មកដល់ខែវិច្ឆិកា ២០២២ កន្លងទៅ សមត្ថកិច្ចរកឃើញមនុស្សចំនួន ១១២២នាក់ ក្រោយសុំឱ្យធ្វើអន្តរាគមន៍ជួយសង្គ្រោះ ក្នុងគេហទំព័រហ្វេសប៊ុក សម្ដេចក្រឡាហោម ស ខេង។

លោកជំទាវបញ្ជាក់ថា​ រាជរដ្ឋាភិ បាលកម្ពុជា មិនអាចព្រងើយ កន្តើយបានឡើយ និងបានឆ្លើយតបជាបន្ទាន់ តាមវិធានការបោសសម្អាតបទល្មើសយ៉ាងមាន ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនោះគឺ ផែនការប្រតិបត្តិ ការបង្កើនការបង្ក្រាបអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្សគ្រប់ទម្រង់ និងបទល្មើសពាក់ព័ន្ធ​ តាមសេចក្ដីសម្រេចរបស់ គ.ជ.ប.ជ និងបង្កើតក្រុមការងារប្រតិបត្តិការដឹកនាំដោយ អគ្គស្នង ការនគរបាលជាតិ និងបើកយុទ្ធនា ការនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស រុករកបទ ល្មើស បណ្តាញជនល្មើស និងសង្គ្រោះជនរងគ្រោះ នៅតាមទីតាំងដែលមានការសង្ស័យយ៉ាងសកម្ម។

​សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា​ ទិវាជាតិប្រឆាំងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ១២ ធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លើកទី១៦​នាពេលនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្ហាញស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ចំពោះការងារប្រឆាំងការជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងទាសភាពសម័យទំនើប និងការការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស នៅកម្ពុជា ជាការបំផុសការយល់ដឹង យ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយ អំពីព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ស្ថានភាព និងនិន្នាការនៃអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស, ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ អំពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិនានា ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើជួញដូរមនុស្ស ដើម្បីសុវត្ថិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ ។ ទាំងនេះ ជាការរួមចំណែកដ៏ធំធេង ក្នុងការលើក កម្ពស់សន្តិសុខ សុវត្ថិភាពសង្គម និងសន្តិភាពជាតិ ឱ្យមានស្ថិរភាព ដើម្បីធ្វើជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះ នៃការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិគ្រប់វិស័យ ស្របតាមគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ ប្រកប ដោយចីរភាពតាមការគ្រោងទុក៕

In the afternoon of December 12, 2022, the National Commission for Combating Human Trafficking celebrated the 16th National Anti-Human Trafficking Day on December 12, 2022 under the theme “Together to Eliminate Human Trafficking Towards Achieving National Development Goals. Sustainable ”at Koh Pich Theater.

The ceremony was presided over by Samdech Krala Hom Sar Kheng, Acting Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, and was attended by leaders of the Royal Government, members of the Senate, National Assembly, civil servants, armed forces and all kinds of authorities. Sub-national level Ambassadors Ambassadors to Cambodia Representative to the United Nations, international partners, civil society organizations, representatives of all denominations, religions, professors, students, intellectuals and the private sector, more than 3,500 people.

It should be informed that every year, the Kingdom of Cambodia designates December 12 as the National Anti-Human Trafficking Day as a joint campaign to establish a security system to protect the people from the victims of crime. Human trafficking, a potential resource for national economic development in the perspective of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has peace, equality, justice and development, fully protecting its people from all forms of human trafficking and exploitation in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On that occasion, Lok Chumteav Chou Bun Eng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior and Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking (NEC) stated that for more than 3 months from the 18th From August to November 2022, the police found 1,122 people after asking for intervention on the Facebook page of Prince Sar Kheng.

She stated that the Royal Government of Cambodia could not be indifferent and immediately responded to the effective measures to eradicate crime, namely the action plan to increase the suppression of all forms of human trafficking and related crimes in accordance with the decision of The NEC will establish an operational team led by the National Police Commissioner and launch a nationwide campaign to search for criminals, network criminals and rescue victims in suspected locations.

Please note that the 16th National Anti-Human Trafficking Day, December 12, 2022, is now held in order to show the spirit of solidarity and attention to the work against human trafficking and modern slavery and the protection of human rights. In Cambodia, to raise awareness of the events, situations and trends of human trafficking, to promote the efforts of the Royal Government of Cambodia, national and international partners in the fight against human trafficking for national security and development. These are significant contributions to the promotion of security, social security and national peace and stability to be the foundation of national development in all areas in line with the goals of sustainable national development as planned.
